Program for Monday: Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of Tiffany Rene Johnson, of Georgia, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Georgia, and vote on confirmation thereon at 5:30 p.m.
Dec 5: 48-45, Senate agreed to bring debate to a close on the nomination of Keli Marie Neary to be U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
House
MONDAY, DECEMBER 9TH
On Monday, the House will meet at noon for morning hour and 2:00 p.m. for legislative business. No votes are expected in the House.
